Just 70 metres from the beach, The Folly is a delightful two bedroom cottage with private garden, heated pool, and separate annex providing a 3rd bedroom with ensuite shower room.  Enclosed within a pretty walled garden, the property offers complete privacy.  The villa accommodates 4 people, and the annex accommodates a further 2 adults and has a folding bed or a cot for additional child or infant.  A discounted rate is available for groups of up to 4 people.

From the roadside, a gateway leads into a walled parking area with space for one car.  From here a secure gate opens into the patio garden of The Folly.  Arched glazed doors open from the patio directly into the south facing sitting room which is furnished with comfortable sofas around the fireplace.  There is satellite television, DVD player and CD player.  Please bring your own CDs, DVDs can be hired locally. 

An archway leads to the fitted and well equipped kitchen/dining room which has; electric oven, four ring hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, and microwave.  The dining table overlooks the patio and pool.

In the main villa there are two bedrooms.  Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, fitted wardrobe and west-facing glazed doors out to the garden.  The ensuite shower room has shower enclosure, basin, and WC. 

Bedroom 2 has twin beds.  The separate bathroom has bath and overhead shower, basin, and WC.

Outside, under the shade of a flowering pergola, there is a tiled-top table for outside dining, and built in barbecue.  The heated swimming pool has a tiled border and built-in steps, and the surrounding terrace has space for sun beds and a mature palm tree providing afternoon shade.

Across the patio from the main house is the guest annex.  The bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes, and east facing glazed doors.  Folding bed or cot for extra child.  The en-suite shower room has shower cubicle, basin, WC and heated towel rail.

The pool was renovated and enlarged (now 7.5 x 4.5 metres approx) in January 2009.  The pool has a cover, and roman steps.   Pool heating is included in the rental price in all seasons except winter.
