In an enviable location, right on the beachfront, and just 30 metres from the sandy beach of Praia da Luz, Quinta das Redes is an established and popular villa offering accommodation for 10 people.  A great venue for a family holiday, the villa is well equipped and comfortably furnished, and the wide south facing terrace offers outside dining and barbecue facilities with expansive sea views over the seafront promenade.

The villa features a spacious upstairs open plan living room, dining room, and kitchen, ideal for large family groups. The living area has 3 large sofas around the fireplace, satelite TV and DVD player. 

The dining area has table and chairs to seat 10.  The kitchen has large sized electric oven, 5 ring gas hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and other expected appliances.  There is a second drinks fridge on the barbecue terrace.

The walled garden maintains a high degree of privacy, and is on 2 levels.   The upper terrace has plenty of space for sunbathing, and a further outside dining area under the shade of a pergola.

The pool area is on the lower level and is gated off from the upper terrace. The pool terrace is planted with palms and a lemon tree, and raised flower beds. The pool is freeform in design with a walk in shallow end suitable for small children, and is heated in all seasons. There are pool lights and garden lights for evening entertainment, and a natural rock waterfall feature.

The bedrooms are situated over 2 floors.

On the ground floor, Bedroom 1 has Queen bed and shower room ensuite with good sized shower cubicle, WC and basin.  Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have twin beds and glazed doors leading out to the pool terrace.  The separate bathroom has bath with overhead shower, WC and basin.

On the upper floor, bedroom 4 has Queen sized bed, dressing area, and bathroom ensuite with bath, separate shower cubicle, basin and WC.  Glazed doors lead out to the upstairs varanda overlooking the pool.

Bedroom 5 has twin beds.   The separate shower room has good sized shower cubicle, WC, and Basin.

The water heating system is solar powered with electric back up   There is maid service on Saturdays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.  Bed linens are changed weekly, and household towels changed twice weekly.  Please bring your own swimming towels for the poolside and the beach.  The garden is tended weekly, and the pool is cleaned and water tested weekly (twice weekly in the hotter weather of high season as necessary).  The external laundry room is for the maids use only, whilst the washing machine in the house is solely for clients use.  The house has a safe.
