All three villas are available throughout the season from April to November. Some winter periods are available in the Folly, please enquire.

2010 Summer season prices per week.

Notes:

Lets are only available as full weeks, and run from Saturday to Saturday except in Winter when a per day price is applicable (minimum stay is 5 days).
Entry time on arrival day is 2.00 pm, and exit is by 10.00 am on departure day.
Selected weeks may be held on option for a few days without obligation.
A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking, with the balance of payment falling due 2 months before the date of commencement of your holiday.

Up to one extra child (under10) or one infant may be accommodated by way of a folding bed @ €70 per week, or cot @ €25 per week.
No charge is made for a cot when party numbers including infants do not exceed normal occupancy.

The Folly notes:

The second bedroom in The Folly is a small twin and is therefore recommended to accommodate either one adult/teenager, or two young children. The annexe twin room with en-suite shower room, provides more spacious accommodation for up to 2 adults, plus one extra child or baby, by way of a folding bed @ €70 per week, or cot @ €25 per week.
Pool heating is included in the price in all seasons except winter. If pool heating is required in winter this is charged at €50, plus €15 per day.
Household heating and firewood are included in the winter season price.
